Last night.. cookies and cameras
I am a bit in love with waitrose's baking department... the packaging is very simple but the descriptions are so cute.. i couldnt resist buying the chocolate chips and fudge for the cookies last night.. x
I also treated myself to a cheap digital camera.. while i would love a proper digital slr they are just so expensive and i am getting tired on relying on my iphone for photos. I bought a Fujifilm finepix AX100 and its a very simple point and click, batteries and nice and easy for nights out. x
Also my new iphone case was delivered from etsy.. love! xx

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sam is away again tonight playing a gig so to occupy myself i am going to make big chewy chocolate chip cookies! ...
Ingredients:
250g Plain Flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarb of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1709 unsalated butter (ill probably just use normal butter and not add salt)
200g dark brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
325 g chocolate bits or chips
Method:
- preheat the oven to 170c or gas mark 3 and line or grease baking trays
- sift together the flour bicard and salt
- cream together the butter and sugars then beat in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk.
- mix the dry and wet ingrediets..
- stir in the chocolate chips (and probably eat some..)
- drop blobs of the mix onto the trays (quite large dollops for big cookies)
- bake for 15-17 minutes then cool and eat!

Photo Booths
I love old fasioned photo booths.. the ones where you can pull silly faces and get a line of 4.. the ones that are now hardly anywhere to be found! :(
