Doily News

I received these great newspaper Doilies ages ago as a present from a friend but have only just started using them ... they are such a great way to recycle papers!

They are from ela cindoruk nazan pak! (not easy names to remember!- use the link!) who are two artists who normally sell jewellery!

Brunches and hopscotch

I had such a fab weekend... it kind of started on thursday when we went to a friends exhibition.. the very talented David Bray,

then onto shoreditch house for a very late night drinking champagne!
friday was a cosy bbq and pub visit.. we spotted this outside the pub.. not an authentic Mark Jenkins i dont think :(

then on saturday we ventured over to portobello for the first time in ages.
we had a ridiculously decadent brunch.. prosecco, wine, eggs benedict (just to start!)

then wandered the stalls looking for silverware! another pub visit (everyone go to paradise in kensal rise - lovely interiors!)
and a gig later completed a very happy saturday :)

sunday we took a very long rail replacement bus to ikea where we ate daim cake and drank wine and decided that none of their sofas were comfy enough to buy! great weekend xx

My life in hair..

Once again i have got to the stage where i dislike my hair.. this is not a new feeling. in fact it is the norm.. i usually like my hair for around a month after i change the style and then bore very quickly... right now i really want my long hair back.. and i want to grow out my fringe.. however because i am impatient and my hair is taking FOREVER to grow i am considering cutting it again!
to this:

someone stop me as i really want it long though!!

Zara goes online

online shopping will be the death of me... Zara went online today.. this is my wish list! x

Home Alone

I had a lazy dinner (mine also involved lots of cheese!)

longed for a hot relaxing bath...

stumped by lack of hot water...

so spent many hours here...

watching this!...

not quite what i had planned!
