it appears they have now done it again with another french blogger!!... Pandora...
although it could have been a nice tribute to the lovely parisian girls i cant believe that such a huge brand as Zara are systematically copying bloggers images without their permission!!.. i even wondered if it was all a marketing scam to get blogged about!!..

This is so weird isn't it? I saw that Le Blog de Betty one a while ago. It's definitely dodgy, if they were famous they could sue but they're not technically so I doubt there's anything they can do.

I thought the law was that everything you publish online is automatically your copyright, which is why Creative Commons is so important...
